2018 Chevrolet Suburban

There are many pros and cons related to Suburban crossover, but this full-size SUV continues to impress. Although it is not so easy to drive and maneuver with it, 2018 Chevrolet Suburban has positive sides. For example, there is room for nine passengers, with a comfort for head and legs, large cargo area and quiet engine. Elegant interior is filled with high quality materials. Last Suburban got many systems, which will be probably kept for 2018 year model, but since technology is growing every day, do not expect outdated versions of any feature.

2018 Chevrolet Suburban engine

New 2018 Chevrolet Suburban should keep engine used for current vehicle. It is 355 hp –rated 5.3-l V8 drivetrain. It also delivers 385 pound-feet of torque. Same transmission, a 6-speed box, transfers the power to either rear wheels or all wheels. Off-road skills and traction are improved with 4WD.
These numbers are good for around 6,000 pounds of towing, while some additional packages are making Chevy Suburban even harder worker. Models with rear-wheel drive could sprint to 60 mph in just 7 seconds, if there will be upgrades, while fuel economy is not impressive with only 19 mpg combined rate.

2018 Chevrolet Suburban trim levels

It is likely that new 2018 Chevrolet Suburban is going to keep same trim levels as its predecessor. Base vehicles are offered as LS trim, mid-size models are carrying LT mark, and LTZ Suburban SUVs are topping the class. It is packed with most standard options, adding some optional packages to its usual offer. That is increasing the price of the Chevy Suburban, and top trims could cost to $90,000. Base vehicle is equipped with 18-inch wheels, while other two trims carry 20- and 22-inch wheels. Cruise control, eight-way driver with and power front seats are installed, automatic wipers, rear parking sensors and superb audio system are likely to be present in new crossover again.

2018 Chevrolet Suburban release date

Brand new SUV from US carmaker could come early in 2017, but dealerships will not host it before second half of the year. However, there is plenty of time to build up 2018 Chevrolet Suburban before its official launch, so we are sure we will get the best from it.
